Supplier Performance & Compliance Specialist

Mannai Corporation QPSC is one of Qatar’s established trading and services groups, with operations across Information and Communication Technology, automotive, energy and industrial markets, engineering, logistics, and other sectors. The Supplier Performance & Compliance Specialist will provide independent oversight of IT supplier performance, contractual compliance, and vendor governance. The role is responsible for monitoring supplier obligations, SLAs, KPIs, deliverables, risks, and compliance requirements to ensure transparency, accountability, and value delivery, supporting alignment with Qatar Government procurement, governance, and audit requirements. Key responsibilities include monitoring IT suppliers' compliance with contractual terms, SLAs, KPIs, governance requirements, and organizational policies; conducting periodic supplier performance reviews, compliance assessments, and vendor risk evaluations; validating and maintaining records of supplier deliverables, contractual milestones, supporting documentation, and payment claims; maintaining supplier governance dashboards, performance registers, compliance records, and risk/action trackers; leading and facilitating supplier performance review meetings; supporting internal and external audits; identifying contractual deviations, performance issues, control gaps, and compliance risks; contributing to the continuous improvement of supplier governance frameworks; and working closely with IT, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Audit stakeholders. Qualifications include a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in supplier/vendor governance, IT contract management, supplier performance management, audit, risk, or compliance; a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Finance (Master’s preferred); strong experience within utilities, energy, government, or regulated sectors in Qatar; hands-on experience with ERP/e-Procurement systems such as SAP or Oracle; and professional certifications such as PMP, CIPS, ITIL, or CIA.
