Supply Chain Director

SOFICO Pharm is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and high service levels. Key Responsibilities: Demand & Supply Planning, Procurement & Inventory Management, Warehousing & Logistics, Distribution & Supply Chain Operations, Forecasting & S&OP, Supply Chain Optimization & Cost Control, Cross-functional coordination with Commercial, Sales, Finance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Warehouse, and Fleet & Distribution teams, Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Strong experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably within the Pharmaceutical industry, Solid knowledge of Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Logistics, and Distribution, Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills, Experience with ERP/SAP systems is highly preferred, Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
