Supply Chain, Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for a hands-on and highly organised Supply Chain, Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator who can take ownership of the movement of stock from planning and procurement through to warehousing, distribution and final delivery to customers or project sites. This is not purely a warehouse administration role. The successful candidate will need to understand the full supply chain, identify potential issues before they become problems, coordinate multiple parties and ensure that stock, transport, documentation and deliveries are aligned with customer requirements. Key responsibilities include supply chain & demand planning using SAP and Excel, procurement and supplier coordination, logistics and import coordination, warehouse management & coordination, and hands-on customer and project site deliveries. Must-haves include being based in Dubai / UAE, a valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle, and 3-5 years of experience in procurement, warehouse, and logistics. SAP experience in procurement, inventory, and warehouse functions is a nice-to-have.
