Supply Chain Manager

Working closely with the Supply Chain 3PL Director, the Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing supply chain operations across the Middle East region. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement, enhancing service levels, reducing costs, and supporting business growth through strong warehouse, logistics, systems, and supplier management. The role will lead key supply chain projects, manage strategic warehouse and logistics partnerships, support regional expansion initiatives, and provide performance insights through KPI reporting and analysis. The successful candidate will also develop a small team while driving operational excellence across the regional supply chain network. Responsibilities include leading supply chain improvement initiatives, managing automation and ERP system implementations and integrations, system testing, process validation, data integrity, warehouse and logistics management, 3PL performance monitoring, S&OP implementation, financial compliance, and people leadership.
