Supply Chain Manager

ZIMMERMANN is seeking a talented Supply Chain Manager to join our Middle East team to lead and optimise supply chain operations across the region while driving operational excellence, business growth, and continuous improvement. In this position, you will help support operational excellence, inventory optimisation, cost efficiency, and service level improvements across regional markets, ensuring efficient warehouse, logistics, systems, and supplier performance. Responsibilities include leading supply chain improvement initiatives, managing key supply chain projects including ERP implementations, systems integrations, automation initiatives, and process improvements, collaborating with regional and global stakeholders to develop S&OP processes, overseeing warehouse operations and logistics partners, developing operational KPIs and dashboards, and leading a regional supply chain team. Candidates must bring 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Retail Operations, proven leadership experience, strong project management and continuous improvement capability, experience managing logistics providers and contracts, advanced ERP, systems integration, and data analysis skills, and strong knowledge of international logistics, warehousing, customs, VAT, and compliance.
