Supply Chain Officer

Supply Chain Officer | UAE-based, covering Saudi Arabia. A growing F&B operator with operations across the GCC is hiring a Supply Chain Officer to coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities for its Saudi Arabia market, based out of the UAE head office with regular travel. Key responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day procurement, logistics and distribution across food and non-food categories. Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders and vendor documentation. Support demand forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment. Coordinate with 3PL partners on inbound/outbound operations and customs clearance. Conduct inventory audits and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance. Prepare supply chain reports and KPI dashboards for management review. What we're looking for: 2-3 years of supply chain coordination experience, ideally in QSR, restaurant or FMCG. Hands-on experience with imports, inventory management and demand forecasting. Experience coordinating with warehouse operations and third-party vendors. Bachelor's degree; supply chain or logistics certification a plus. Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics or similar) and strong Excel skills. Familiarity with Saudi import regulations (SFDA, SABER) is an advantage.
