Supply Chain Operations Lead

Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, customer service, and operational excellence to ensure uninterrupted supply, cost efficiency, compliance, and business growth. Key Responsibilities - Lead daily supply chain operations and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination. - Drive operational excellence across planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics. - Monitor supply chain KPIs including OTIF, inventory accuracy, service levels, forecast accuracy, and cost optimization. - Support strategic initiatives including new product launches, SAP implementation, and network optimization. - Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, EHS, and regulatory requirements. - Lead capacity planning and support expansion projects and packaging line implementation. - Manage supplier and 3PL performance. - Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and process optimization initiatives. - Lead and develop supply chain teams and foster high-performance culture. - Coordinate with Quality, Production, Finance, Commercial, and Regulatory teams. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, Business, or related field. - 7–10 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry. - Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. - SAP/ERP experience is preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities including mastering Power BI, Excel and Microsoft programs.
