Supply Chain Planner

Responsible for end-to-end supply chain planning and execution covering production and supply planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and compliance reporting to ensure consistent product availability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities include Production Planning (develop and implement production plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacities, issue production orders, plan scheduling, arrange weekly production meetings), Supply Planning (reviewing forecast, confirmed orders from Tender, Institution, Export customers, CMO, conduct inventory analysis, MRP run for raw, packaging, and semi-finished materials, collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate deliveries with QC & QA), Inventory Management (regular inventory checking, analysis, coordination with finance for inventory provisions, near-expiry follow-up), Compliance (ensure compliance with EHS policy, import and export regulations for API, excipients, chemicals), and Reporting (monthly MBR reporting, OTIF, forecast accuracy, back-orders, scrapping, write-offs, landing cost, inventory ageing, value, months of coverage, revenue reports, SCM planning reviews, inventory optimization reports).
