Supply Chain Quality Management Manager

The Supply Chain Quality Management Manager owns supplier quality performance and supports First Article Inspection (FAI) with a primary focus on the mechanical commodity group including investment casting, CNC machining, and sheet metal fabrication. The role drives supplier accountability through performance, scorecards, audits, and corrective action, ensuring every new part and process change is qualified to aerospace standards before entering the supply chain. Responsibilities include owning supplier quality scorecards, leading AS9100D audits, managing the Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) process with 8D root cause analysis, reviewing FAI packages per AS9102, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and mentoring technical staff while maintaining traceability records in alignment with AS9100D and enterprise systems like SAP and Ariba.
