Supply Planning Manager

Reef Group is seeking an experienced Supply Planning Manager to lead and manage supply planning activities across the Group's growing operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring product availability, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and developing effective supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, supplier capabilities, lead times, business growth, and commercial priorities. The Supply Planning Manager will work closely with Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Product, Sales, Retail Operations, E-commerce, and Finance to ensure the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantities across multiple markets and sales channels.
