Team Manager - Workshop

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager - Workshop based in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for organizing and controlling assigned work by scheduling, supervising, and assisting mechanics and technicians operating on shift, and implementing staff training using a mentor approach. Responsibilities include managing workshop operations, maintaining maintenance records, ensuring compliance with SOPs and hygiene standards, monitoring cost comparisons, utilizing SAP Fiori and SAP PM for staff utilization and reporting, and analyzing oil analysis reports. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of the SAP PM module with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
