Technical Expert - SAP Hybris / SAP S/4HANA

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SAP Technical Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills. Job Responsibilities: - Enhance the overall experience of customers with Marketplace platform before the implementation of new services through detailed profiles of customer segments, behaviors, needs, and preferences. - Analysis of customer feedback collected through surveys, reviews, and other channels. - Reports highlighting key themes, trends, and areas for improvement based on customer feedback. - Actionable plans for addressing identified issues and enhancing various aspects of the customer experience. - Definitions and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer experience, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Customer Effort Score (CES). - Design of new or improved service experiences, including prototypes or pilot programs. - Strategies and programs designed to enhance customer retention and build long-term loyalty. - Documentation of best practices and guidelines for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
