Job description
Pepsi - Al Hayat is hiring a Technical Procurement Officer. Key Responsibilities: Procure machinery and high-value technical items based on engineering specifications, in coordination with relevant departments. Identify, evaluate, and recommend qualified local and international suppliers for technical equipment. Prepare RFQs/RFPs, analyze bids, and prepare comparative statements while ensuring alignment with technical requirements. Collaborate with plant engineers and maintenance supervisors to verify equipment specifications and operational requirements. Ensure complete and timely recording of technical purchases, vendor details, and related documentation in Oracle ERP. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical field. 3+ years experience in technical or industrial procurement experience with international sourcing and logistics. Familiarity with Oracle ERP or equivalent systems. Fluent in Kurdish & English (Arabic is a plus).
