Job description
We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Business Analyst to act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams. You will analyze business operations, identify areas for improvement, and translate business needs into explicit functional and technical specifications. The ideal candidate possesses strong domain expertise alongside hands-on technical skills such as SQL, API integrations, or ERP/CRM systems. Responsibilities include requirements elicitation, documentation of BRDs and FSDs, system integration and design, data analysis and validation via SQL queries, and coordination of testing and quality assurance.
