Techno Functional Project Manager

Role Description: The Techno Functional Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end ERP implementation projects on the Odoo platform. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and coordinating with technical teams to configure, customize, and deploy solutions. The Project Manager will manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and risks, while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and adherence to quality standards. Qualifications: Candidates should possess skills in project leadership and coordination, including Project Management and Expediting. Experience with ERP implementations, preferably Odoo, and strong techno-functional understanding of business processes including finance, sales, inventory, procurement. Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, document workflows, and translate business needs into system configurations. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Proven experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in project management like PMP or PRINCE2 are an advantage.
