Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery is a global organization hosting strategic sellers, industry and security experts, elite engineers, world-class data scientists, architects, consultants, and delivery specialists. We help Microsoft's most strategic customers address challenges and provide comprehensive, industry-specific solutions powered by Microsoft Cloud and AI. Responsibilities: - Demonstrate the ability to articulate value propositions for strategic Microsoft products and services, defining customer requirements and constraints. - Drive opportunities to accelerate the adoption of Microsoft Cloud. - Ensure solutions align with architecture intent, allowing clear build test specifications and development of operations guides. - Identify business and technical risks, assessing impact and proposing mitigations. - Balance Configure-Before-Customize principles with maximum customer value using Microsoft core/baseline assets. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years leadership experience in a relevant business area. - Arabic speaking at professional/native level. - Public Sector customer facing experience. - 5+ years technical leadership experience in complex enterprise solutions delivery. - Technical certifications based on Cloud (Azure) & AI. - Delivery Management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management).
