Technology Procurement Specialist

Our client, a well-established retail company based within the UAE is looking for a Technology Procurement Specialist. We are looking for a results-driven Technology Procurement Specialist to lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across IT and Digital categories — including software licenses, hardware, cloud subscriptions, SaaS platforms, managed services, and technology-led projects. Responsibilities include strategic sourcing and procurement execution, vendor and contract management, governance, compliance and risk, stakeholder and cost management. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, 3-5 years of relevant experience in Technology Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, IT Commercials, or Procurement Operations, and hands-on exposure to procurement platforms such as Oracle, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar P2P/S2P systems.
