Tendering & Prequalification Specialist

We are actively seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Contracting, Construction, and Infrastructure team in Saudi Arabia. Role objective: To manage the preparation, submission, and follow-up of the company's prequalification and registration files with government entities, mega-projects, and major developers, ensuring full readiness for targeted tenders. Priority will be given to candidates with previous Aramco experience. Key responsibilities include preparing PQD/PQQ documents, managing registrations on electronic tendering portals across KSA, maintaining company profiles, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring certificate renewals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 3 to 7 years of experience in KSA focusing on tendering and vendor registration, hands-on expertise with key government and client portals including Etimad, SAP Ariba, Oracle Supplier Portal, and Giga Projects platforms.
