Transactional Buyer

We are seeking a Transactional Buyer with 5+ years of procurement experience in a fast-paced transactional sourcing environment. The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for assigned materials and services, ensuring timely sourcing, competitive pricing, supplier performance, and compliance with company procurement policies. Key responsibilities include executing the complete procurement cycle from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO), managing RFQs/RFPs, evaluating commercial offers, negotiating with suppliers, coordinating with internal stakeholders, monitoring supplier delivery schedules, maintaining accurate procurement records in SAP/ERP systems, supporting category management, and ensuring compliance with Delegation of Authority (DOA) and HSE requirements. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, minimum 5 years of procurement experience in a transactional sourcing environment, experience using SAP ERP or similar procurement systems, strong commercial negotiation skills, and fluency in English with Arabic preferred.
