Treasury and Cash Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Treasury & Cash Analyst to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the company's liquidity, cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, banking relationships, and financial risk management. Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity to support business operations. Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts. Manage treasury operations, including payment execution and banking transactions. Maintain and strengthen relationships with banking partners and financial institutions. Analyze and recommend short-term investment opportunities for surplus cash. Support debt management activities, including interest payments, refinancing initiatives, and covenant compliance. Identify and mitigate treasury risks related to liquidity, foreign exchange, and interest rates. Prepare treasury reports, dashboards, and financial analyses for senior management. Ensure compliance with treasury policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives within treasury and cash management processes. Required: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. 3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, corporate finance, or a similar financial role. Strong understanding of cash flow management and forecasting techniques. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (preferably SAP). Preferred: Master’s degree, CTP, CFA, or CPA, experience within energy, power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial sectors.
