Warehouse Coordinator

We're Hiring: Warehouse Coordinator – Saudi Arabia I'm looking for a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to join their operations team. Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Contract: Full-time, permanent Joining: End of October 2026 Level: Entry to mid-level (0–5 years) Responsibilities • Running daily warehouse operations: receiving, inspecting, picking, packing and dispatch • Processing inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on schedule • Keeping inventory records accurate and updating all transactions in the WMS • Running regular cycle counts and making sure stock is properly labeled and stored • Preparing delivery notes, goods receipts, shipping documents and stock reports • Keeping the warehouse organized, clean and safe, in line with HSE practices Requirements • 0–5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics operations • Hands-on experience with a WMS or ERP (SAP or similar is a plus) • Good Excel skills and strong attention to detail • Currently in KSA with a transferable Iqama (or Saudi national) • A valid Saudi driving license is a plus • Reliable, organized, safety-aware team player To apply, send your CV to sary.chehayeb@tbp.me with "Warehouse Coordinator – KSA" in the subject line, and include your current location, notice period and expected salary.
