Job description
SOFICO Pharm is looking for an experienced Warehouse Director to lead the end-to-end warehouse operations across all branches.
The role will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the company’s warehouse network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee warehouse operations across all branches
- Ensure customer invoices are picked, checked, prepared, and dispatched accurately and on time
- Maintain alignment between physical stock and SAP system balances through effective stock control and regular stock counts
- Ensure proper storage and handling conditions in compliance with Good Storage & Distribution Practices (GSDP)
- Ensure all warehouses remain inspection-ready and fully compliant with applicable pharmaceutical regulations
- Act as the key company reference for EDA and Ministry of Health requirements and inspections
- Manage and optimize warehouse processes and transactions on SAP
- Lead, develop, and evaluate the warehouse management team
- Drive operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, process improvement, and cost optimization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is mandatory
- Valid pharmacist license
- Strong experience in Pharmaceutical Warehousing / Distribution
- Strong knowledge of GSDP, pharmaceutical storage requirements, and EDA regulations
- Proven experience dealing with EDA / Ministry of Health inspections
- Strong SAP knowledge and warehouse systems experience
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities
