Warehouse Incharge

Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Oversee receiving, storage, stock movement, and dispatch of goods. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits/cycle counts. Prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and manage expiry dates. Ensure warehouse activities align with company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure storage area. Coordinate with purchase executives/branch planners for stock replenishment. Report discrepancies, delays, or issues to the Store Manager. Use SAP/inventory software to maintain records and generate reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify obsolete/expired stock for disposal.
