Job description
Menschen Consulting is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse and distribution operations for a growing contract manufacturing company. What you'll handle: Inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy and order fulfilment. Fleet management, route planning and logistics budgets. Import/export coordination and 3PL operations. SAP-based inventory tracking, cycle counts and reporting. GMP, HSE compliance and audit readiness. Team leadership, training and performance management. Warehouse KPIs, cost optimisation and continuous improvement. What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field. 12-18 years of warehousing and distribution experience. Hands-on expertise in SAP WM/MM and warehouse management systems. Experience managing large teams and 3PL partners. Personal care/cosmetics contract manufacturing experience preferred. Currently based in Egypt and willing to relocate to Suez.
