Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple warehouse locations. Receive incoming shipments, unload materials, inspect for damages, and verify quantities against delivery documents. Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse procedures and inventory control processes. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock movements are recorded in the ERP system. Conduct routine physical stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Ensure proper storage and organization of materials using the FIFO method. Prepare, pick, pack, and dispatch materials accurately for project sites and internal departments. Generate and analyze project-wise material consumption reports. Coordinate closely with the Accounting, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure accurate inventory transactions. Support internal and external auditors by providing inventory records and required documentation. Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, discipline, and compliance with company procedures. Manage inventory across multiple warehouse locations and regional operations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety standards. Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and critical stock levels and recommend corrective actions.
