Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise daily receiving, storage, material handling and dispatch activities, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely material availability for production. Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Manage warehouse transactions using SAP, prepare inventory reports, monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities to improve stock accuracy and operational efficiency. Supervise warehouse personnel, ensure proper material handling and storage practices, and maintain high standards of housekeeping, workplace safety and compliance. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of warehouse and inventory management experience, preferably within paper manufacturing, FMCG or other industrial manufacturing environments, including supervisory experience. Hands-on SAP experience is essential, particularly warehouse transactions, inventory management, stock reconciliation and reporting.
