Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor manages daily warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, preservation, identification, and issuance of materials for company projects, while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring timely dispatch of materials to project sites. Responsibilities include receiving materials against approved Purchase Orders, verifying quantities and specifications, reporting discrepancies, preparing Goods Received Notes, maintaining stock records and labelling, investigating stock discrepancies, storing sensitive electronic and technical equipment properly, issuing materials against approved requisitions, coordinating with logistics, and updating warehouse transactions in the company ERP or inventory system.
