Warehouse Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in warehouse operations within the UAE. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, supervise, and guide warehouse team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. - Allocate tasks, coordinate workloads, and ensure the effective utilization of manpower and resources. - Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement measures to achieve operational targets. - Ensure the quality and condition of incoming and outgoing goods meet company standards. - Supervise loading and offloading activities to prevent product damage, discrepancies, and trade returns. - Ensure all delivery invoices are returned to the warehouse on the same day, duly signed by customers as proof of delivery. - Verify the quantity and condition of returned goods against the relevant documents to minimize customer complaints and stock discrepancies. - Ensure goods received and loaded match the quantities specified in the relevant orders and documents. - Coordinate and support weekly cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate inventory records. - Work closely with Warehouse, Customer Service, Commercial, Audit, Transport, and Sales teams to resolve operational issues. - Ensure warehouse activities are completed safely, accurately, and within the required timelines.
