Warehouse Technician

We're hiring a Warehouse Technician to support materials management activities for the Vale Mega Hub Project in Sohar, Oman. Key Responsibilities: - Material receiving, inspection, and OS&D reporting - Inventory control, stock verification, and material traceability - Warehouse operations, storage, preservation, and 5S compliance - Material issuance to construction teams and documentation control - Coordination with Logistics, Procurement, Construction, and Engineering teams - Maintaining records in AVEVA ERM, SAP, or similar ERP systems - Ensuring compliance with HSE and warehouse safety requirements Requirements: - Perform unloading, handling, storage, stacking, and preservation of materials in accordance with project procedures and manufacturer recommendations. - Ensure proper segregation, identification, and storage of piping, structural steel, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation materials, equipment, and consumables to maintain material traceability and prevent damage. - 5+ years of warehouse/material management experience in EPC, industrial, mining, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects - Experience with SAP, AVEVA ERM, or similar systems - Knowledge of material traceability, preservation, inventory control, and OS&D processes - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Permit to Work (PTW) knowledge is an advantage
