Job description
This position offers round-the-clock support, operating 24/7 throughout the year to deliver comprehensive assistance for enterprise server environments. Responsibilities include the installation, configuration, management, operation, and maintenance of all Windows server systems and Windows Clusters, as well as providing support for SAP environments that run on Windows. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with NCA, NIC, and SEC Cybersecurity regulations, managing server monitoring via SCOM and SCCM, collaborating closely with ERP and database teams to address break/fix issues, and maintaining system stability through daily patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
